This week on the podcast, Jane can't stick to one topic so luckily you get a snapshot of three! "Where are you going?", on how Google Maps is discouraging us from not only getting lost (duh), but also looking up and enjoying the journey. This is obviously a pretty clear metaphor for life and something we can learn a lot from. Look up, take notice of the process and don't simply look to your destination.

The second topic explores gratitude and paying it forward. Acting with gratitude and in service to others not only has the power to change our lives but it has the power to change the lives of those around us and even the world!

What is the difference between a goal and an intention?

Goal-setting is a huge part of our productivity-based culture, and to-do lists rule our lives. We set our sights on something and we chip away at it, sometimes mindfully and sometimes mindlessly. But do our goals have a strong enough WHY attached to them?

The why in our life is our intention and today's podcast discusses the relevance and importance of living with intent. Why is this important and why an't we live without it. Enjoy!
