Last week on the podcast Penny Locaso talked about her "100 No's Project". Basically she is done with waiting and she's decided to ask for what she wants from here-on-in.

The 100 No's Project sets you the mission to receive 100 "no's" - i.e.: if you put yourself out there enough you're bound to get a heaps of yes's too.

So that's what today is all about. What are you willing to put into your life? Are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and get on to a path of so much better? Or are you just going to keep sitting back and wishing?
