This week on the Revo PT podcast, Jane Erbacher talks about all things purpose. Sometimes we can get overwhelmed by the topic of purpose. We feel stuck if we don't have one and afraid that if we do it's not noble enough. Well I'm here to tell you now how you can not only find yours, but feel proud of it and live by it.

The first step is to set out your intentions for your life? What are the core beliefs or values you stand for? What's important to you and why?

Second step is to start living by these intentions every day.

Step three is to strive for betterment every day. In any way how can you be better today than you were yesterday?

This is how we find purpose. This is how we live our lives and this is how we create a lasting impact on the world around us.
