Can you believe we only have only 5 weeks left of the year, its time to start planning for the 2016!

Here at ‪#‎RevoPT‬ we are running our 4th Super Workshop to help you set your sights on the coming year.

We are introducing a new edge to our group training, where we will be setting benchmark and body composition testing throughout our 12 week training blocks.

This will help track progress and ensure you are reaching your goals wether they are performance or aesthetic focused.

Our workshop will go deeper into what the next 12 week block will look like, how to set achievable goals in your training, while touching on the importance of incorporating kettlebell training into your weekly routine.
